• To generate AI-based campaign visuals using user-submitted images.
• To showcase generated visuals on digital screens and online campaign platforms.
• To allow social sharing of the content.
• To evaluate engagement and improve user experience.

4. Consent

By submitting your photo, you give explicit consent for the collection, use, and display of your data as described here. Participants below 18 must have verified parental/guardian consent. Submissions without verified consent will not be eligible.

5. Data Usage & Sharing

• Public Display: Your AI-generated image may be showcased on digital screens, social media, or other campaign platforms.
• Third-Party Access: Data may be shared with campaign technology or media partners for execution.
• Legal Compliance: Data may be disclosed if required by law.

6. Data Security

All submitted data and images are securely stored with encryption and access controls. Participants will be notified within 72 hours in the event of a breach.

7. Data Retention

Data will be retained during the campaign and for 90 days post-campaign for analysis, after which it will be securely deleted.

8. User Rights

Participants may request access to, update, or delete their data, or withdraw consent by contacting us.

1. Eligibility

Open to Indian residents aged 18 and above. Participants below 18 must have verified guardian consent.

2. How to Participate

• Scan the campaign QR code or visit the campaign URL.
• Upload or take a selfie.
• The platform will generate an AI-transformed image placing you in a Colombian coffee plantation.
• Share or download your personalized image.

3. Consent & Content Usage

By participating, you agree to the public display of your AI-generated image. You grant us the right to use your content for campaign-related promotions. Submissions may be moderated for content quality and appropriateness.

4. Gratification

Participants receive their AI-generated image, which may be featured on digital screens. There is no monetary or physical reward.

5. Indemnity

You confirm that your submission does not violate any third-party rights and agree to indemnify the organizers against related claims.

6. Liability

We are not responsible for technical issues, data loss, or unauthorized sharing of submitted content by third parties.

7. Intellectual Property

AI-generated images remain the property of the campaign organizers. Participants retain rights to their original image but grant us a royalty-free license to use it as part of the campaign.

8. Fraud & Disqualification

Offensive, fraudulent, or inappropriate submissions will be disqualified.
We reserve the right to take legal action where necessary.

9. Modification & Termination

The organizers may alter or terminate the campaign at any time.
All campaign decisions are final.

10. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the venue being Mumbai.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Indian law. Jurisdiction lies with the courts of Mumbai.
